1. A rental application fee of $35 must be filed with Betty B. Williams Real Estate. This will be submitted to TECO for verification of criminal records. A copy of this application may be found, completed and submitted through our Web Site .

2. Rental/homeownership history for the past 6 months must be furnished and verified by Betty B Williams Real Estate. If this information is not available then it will be necessary to obtain a responsible co-signer.

3. Co-signers must complete a rental application as well, in order for us to ascertain that they are able to insure the lease will be paid in the event the tenant fails to pay the rent.

4. Employment/Salary will be verified. Rent cannot be more than 1/3 of the net income. Roommates must also qualify the same as the primary Renter. Should one tenant move the other will be obligated to fulfill the lease agreement until expiration. It will be necessary for our office to verify ALL income that will be necessary for the individual to pay the rent.

Prospective tenants will be required to submit an application along with processing fee.
Security deposit will be required before moving in.
